The history of our family in Hospitality begins in 1850, when our ancestors in Norcia began to host merchants, shepherds and travelers who came or passed through here at home to eat and sleep. Over the years the house has expanded by annexing neighboring cellars, shops and warehouses until it is what it is today.
The dimensional growth of the properties was accompanied by that of the "Bianconi Family" resulting from the merger between the biological Bianconi family and all those of our Special Collaborators who share with us ethical values, love in welcoming and catering to others, as well as an unstoppable desire to always improve ourselves both as people and as professionals.
We deeply believe in the value of people.
