Granaro del Monte’s menu features dishes that embody the culinary traditions of Norcia, as well as those of the Apennines, Umbria, and our family, which has been passionately devoted to hospitality and cuisine in this special place since 1850.
We have carefully selected products and producers that reflect the values we believe in: quality, ethics, and sustainability for all.
Organic cereals and legumes – such as lentils and spelt – are sourced directly from Azienda Agricola Vallaccone, a natural oasis we co-own together with brothers Carlo and Vito Cinque from Positano.
The "Grand À La Carte Menu at Ristorante Granaro del Monte" is our most complete offering, the fullest expression of our cuisine and the philosophy that guides our home. On special occasions – such as April 25th, May 1st, Ferragosto week, Nero Norcia Sundays, Easter Monday, and similar festivities – we present the "Granaro del Monte Selection Menu", a curated selection drawn from our main menu. Alongside these, we also offer a variety of "Guided Menus", designed to take you on culinary journeys tailored to different tastes, needs, and curiosities.
Our Wine List and.. is an invitation to discover the finest wines from Umbria and the Central Apennines. You'll also find a curated selection of labels from other Italian regions, chosen for their exceptional quality and their harmony with our culinary offerings. The experience is rounded out by a selection of both draft and bottled beers, including the remarkable Birra Nursia, brewed by the Benedictine Monks of Norcia.
