From Our Land to Your Table
Many of our ingredients come directly from Azienda Agricola Vallaccone, an unspoiled reserve we share with our “super” friends Carlo and Vito Cinque of Positano. In this corner of paradise, 100 hectares of forest embrace 25 hectares of organic farmland where we grow cereals and legumes, ensuring quality, freshness, and sustainability.
